Why Choose Us?

Give a Smile Foundation bilieve that whether you are addressing healthcare, poverty or unemployment there is no better place than in the corridors of education.
Our education program works towards education for under privilaged childrens who are under difficult circumstances such as child labour, children from less fortunate families, children from maginalised communities, childrens from remote rural areas, orphans, children inflicted and affected with HIV/AIDS,street childrens, disabled childrens and slums children.

Health statistics of remote rural areas in our country continue to be poor, the health status and access to health for the less privilaged in remote rural areas and urban slum dwellers has surfaced to be equally deplorable and have less than 10% of government health care facilities.
Rural people and urban slum dwellers suffer from adverse health conditions owing to mainly two reasons- first the lack of education and thus lack of awareness and second is lack of money to cater for ways to reach the nearest medical facility.
Our programe works on promoting healthcare awareness and contemporary health care seeking acts among the underprivilaged. We also help them cater for mobility to hospitals with a special focus on children and women.

Give a Smile Foundation Kenya visits various schools and conducts engaging sessions for the young minds. It sensitizes students and youths towards various causes and let them realize their privilaged status.
Students and Youths are the future of a nation. They are the best change agents,be it in the family or the community. We help them by inculcating in them feelings of empathy and conscience so that they grow up as responsible individuals.
We make them realize the worth of the privilages they are born with and once they realize they automatically turn their thoughts towards positivity and develop the right outlook. This eventualy helps them develop into not only successful but responsible individuals in life.

When we work towards women/girl child empowerment, the whole society benefits, but unfortunately far from being empowered, most women and girls are denied even their basic rights like health, education, employment and a respectable status in society
Our programme is specifically aimed at realization of both individual and collective self- esteem and inner strength for maginalised and socially excluded women and adolescent girls through innovative community practices.

We constantly strive to support and empower the disabled enabling them to meet basic ambitions of their life and realise their potentials, make informed choices, resist oppression, fight for rightful existence and facilitate new posibilities and opportinities for them despite having special needs.
Give a Smile Foundation takes up individual cases based on their immediate needs. These individuals are given education support, health support in their individual capacity.

Give a Smile Foundation Kenya has been supporting the elderly who are neglected, unloved, forgotten, less privilaged, disabled, those who are sick and those struggling to access basic services such as health care. We strive to help them overcome poverty and lead healthy secure and dignified lives.
Through our visits to the elderly we help them access medical services and we strive to reduce diseases and illnesses common in older age through education and prevention campaigns. We have also been supporting them with food and warm clothes and also we do host a party for them yearly..
